Curling Leaves?

what does the plant need or mean if the new growth commin out of the top start curling upwards like fritos lol???

any comments or suggestions?

i was thinking that...

but its only about 88 out today and its usually around 95. werid.

need more info how far lights, nutes, what, how old.....etc
