Ok my girls are 2 weeks old and heres my set up: 12 plants 2 10 gallon DWC reservoirs 2 60 gph air pumps Fox Farm 1/2 strength nutrients (1 tsp per gallon of Grow big and 2 tsp per gallon of Big Bloom.) 2 48" T8 floros with 6500k bulbs. I only have a liquid ph tester for now but I'm trying to keep the ph between 5.5 and 6 which is an orangeish yellow.

I have 5 Norther Lights plants and one is growing funny:

The other plants are bag seeds and about 4 of the seven plants leafs are either getting brown spots or the fan leafs look half dead.

They look like they are deficient in a couple nutes, but yet the first pic kinda looks like excess ppm, could be mg def though. Try and keep or pH at 5.5 and try adding some calmag.

You may just need to flush you could have a buildup in your media. A ppm tester would be key here. Lamp

Ok thanks lamp, I'm ordering a ppm and ph meter tomorrow so it will be a few days. Ill add cal mag and keep the ph at 5.5. I don't think I need to flush just yet because the majority of the plants are healthy, but what do I know?:leaf:

worth every cent you spend on one.. keep your PH 5.7-6.3 no more no less, as for your PPMs depends on your plants needs 500-700 vegeing and 900-1800 flowering. hope this helps, spend your money on equipment and the best products you can get... the weed is free

My ppm meter isn't going to be here until the 30th I've been foliar feeding 6 of the plants water with dissolved Epsom salt and it doesn't seem to be having any effect of them. The other 6 I added 2tbs to 4 gallons of water and that doesn't seem to change anything either.

Hey man im having the same problem as you i got 12 plants in a 6 by 4 room 1000 watt light all fox farm product at im about in the same stage as you im on big bloom and grow big same amount and i got that same reaction so i stopped all nut. and gave them a flush nothing but fresh clean filtered water for the next few waterings so i would try a flush and then start back on ur nutriants it worked for me......Do you use fox farm ocean soil?

I have a similar problem... and have been adding the calmag. It seems to work... but I need to use a lot of it. All my new growth is sweet, only my big fan leaves are affected.
I'm using a mix of Tap H20 and RO. I think my plants want some of the minerals in the tap water.
I and changing out the res tonight and adding a good dose of calmag.

I'm growing hydro, I'm not sure if it is nute burn because some of the plants are doing awesome like this one:

I'm going to try putting epsom salt in the res instead of foliar feeding.

I flushed all of the plants yesterday and put six of the plants in the worst condition in pure RO water and they are looking better. The other six I put 4 gallons of RO water and 8 tsp of Fox Farms Grow Big. I got my ph meter and TDS meter today, I have the ph at 5.8 and the ppms are about 830 the res with out any nutes has a ppm of 125.

iv got the same thing. im late into flowering too. way too many nutes i guess but i cant flush it very well kz its in the ground. plus its tiny so hardly using any. i put some garden lime around it to try help the problem..but in all honesty i dont actually know what the problem is lol.

Im no expert but it looks like a case of severe nute burn too me, 2 weeks old is too young for any nutes!! I would use only water and superthrive for now... Curling and twisting could be a moisture issue? Might want to look into it better

hey man i have the same shit goin on to....my ph was a bit high so i flushed wit 6.0 distilled water... and after one day they look a little better...ima lay off the nutes and watch the ph... these pics look familiar? lol
