That's a Leafhopper. They come in a lot of colors.

Looks like the ones here but our are all tan. I never have noticed any harm they cause. They seem to love mj tho. I have tried several times to remove them but they're quick and don't fly away, they just go to the other side of the branch.

Yeah I have those little spiders and a couple lady bugs lol. They all just moved in.
