Curious about greenhouse...what should i know?

I'm entertaining the idea of going outdoor greenhouse but not sure where to start. Any suggestions on type of greenhouse for zone 8, southern Oregon? What's required in order to grow year round, something that will support lights like Gavitas?
I'm seeking bids for getting electric to it. Just wondering what something like this costs and how it affects grow method, stains etc? Thank you
 
I'm looking at forever flowering green houses and a few other companies. They are fully automated light deprivation systems. They usually start around 20/25k

Yeah, those look pretty cool. I was checking out farmtek as well. love the turnkey solutions. Is there a way to have evaporative cooling, automated light dep and ability to hold 30lb lights in a standard hoop house? with greenhouses I'm learning they might be considered permanent and will require permitting.
 
I guess what i really wanna know is, how can I spend half of that, be able to withstand harsh winters, and still have the same yield/quality outcome?

Yeah pretty easy. Just use really large 4x4 post in the center of the hoop house to act as supports.
Idk about the cooling and automated dep tho. I'm sure u could get creative. IN my experience you can still get awesome quality NUGS withoit all that outdoor as long as you have huge containers or are in the ground


What I'm wondering is how to control humidity with no electric during the fall/late year months? Or in places like Colorado with low humidity is this not a big problem?
