Curing with the big stems attached, Yes or No?

Curing. The stems i cut about 4-6" in length to fit in my jar. This allows me to fill the jar but keep air gaps between the buds while doing so. My only concern is that these long stems are slowing down my curing process.

My buds are good to smoke but the stems are still bendy without any snaps and my buds sometimes crackle and pop when smoked. These are samples so they are not properly flushed quite yet.

I have been burping every 12 hours and leaving them out for about 10 minutes each burp. I try for 5 but keep forgetting.

But with these big stems maybe i should increase my burping time until i hear the stems snapping a little? I don't know. It is only day 6 off the plant and day 2 of curing so far. Any advice?

Yeah Man eliminate as much of the stems as possible. Dont break the bud off but cut off as much stem matter as possible. Remember patience is a virtue!
