Yar that is the idea of the jar method, and sorry for the unfinished sentence, had to run out for a sec. The plastic will not sweat them though, it will just hold the moisture in. I wonder if you left the baggies open if that would work?

I wouldn't use plastic. Plastic has a smell because of the petro chemicals leaching out of it. I wouldn't trust it myself.
