well i tell you this, your body need 2.4 litres of water to maintain its regular status...
And yeah some people say 2 l is good enough well it isn't !
Drink allot of water ( coca cola isnt good to much sugar and makes spit go all sticky
) ( REDBULL - THE BEST EVER 2.5 DL will last you for half a joint )
