I have these 3 plants I switched to flower 5-7 days ago well they stretched like a bitch so I put my net over it and they all look like shit Now do you think they will be OK now I just put them under it 2 hrs ago when lights came on I think after being under it awhile the plant should settle in and hope this don't mess them up what you guys think?

They will be fine. Take care not to break any stems or bruise softer parts and your golden. they'll gust grow around it and up towards the light.
