hey guys i want to setup a rotation for my crops, so i'm trying to design a nice efficient system.
a system that would crop out every 2 or 3 weeks, or dare i say every week
i was thinking about setting up one 600w MH and one 600w HPS in different rooms.
seedling/clone group A go under the MH for 30 days,
at 30 days new group B is put in under the MH with group A,
at 60 days group A is put under the HPS, and new group C is put under the MH with group B,
at 90 days group A is cropped out, group B is moved under the HPS, and new group D is put under the MH,
at 120 days group B is cropped out, group C goes under the HPS and new group E goes under the MH.
etc
etc
etc
both rooms would have their own ebb and flow system, which would make keeping track of nutes a lot easier. one tub is veg, other is flower, simple.
what do you guys think? 60 day veg, 30 day flower for each crop. a finished crop comes out every 30 days.
if each crop is 10 plants and i get about 0.666g/watt that's saying each plant will yield 1.5 oz in 90 days total, 30 days of flowering. that's saying 1.4 grams/plant/day. that sounds realistic right?
i think it should be 60 veg/30 flower for seeds, and 30 veg/60 flower for clones. asking each plant to grow 1.4g/day on a 60 day flower cycle seems like a very reasonable request.
i like crunching the numbers so i know what i'm getting into.
i have never put this in practice much less counted the days it took for each stage so i really need feedback from people that have.
let's limit the ideas to 4 lights, i don't think i can work with more than that right now. having something like 6 different stages would be too much work. most efficient ideas you got!
shower me with your wisdom!
