Critique a newbie's grow?

I've been growing just over a year. Northern Lights autos from ILGM.

3-gallon fabric pots, Ocean Forest/perlite soil, Fox Farm nutrients trio, CalMag, pH 6.5, 18/6 LED lights, Exhale CO2 generator. This grow I started unsulfured molasses halfway through. LST with scrog net.

Bud sizes are pathetic. I just harvested 2 plants and got a whopping 2 quart jars. I didn't even weigh wet this time because I was so disgusted. I freeze dry, so I ended up with 10g after drying. Ten grams!

Is there any more info I need to provide. Someone just told me on FB he gets 1 pound per auto plant!

You got deficiencies, tox, pests? Any problems during the grow ?

No pests, no nutrient or light burn. Plants seem healthy all the way to the end. Just small buds. I have 2 fans for air circulation.
Btw, this is a 2x4 tent.

Go with 5 or even 7gal pots if you're growing in soil. Increase your veg time, go 60-90 days veg then flip.

If you switch to coco, 3gal pots are actually pretty sweet, I've gotten as much as 5oz off a single autoflower plant, somewhere in the 100-110 day window if i remember correctly.

How?

what power lamp? you probably over watered or underwatered or didnt fill out the space and got small amounts.... why do people learn to grow with autos. you fuck up one thing and the thing goes to flower

I watched a video by Mr. Canuck. He used coco and amended with Gaia Green. His buds were huge. He didn't amend again until day 40. Only watered.

Light is RAW 130. I water when the pots are light. Turned out to be every 3 days. I use 2 gallons for 4 plants. What do you mean didn't fill out space?

This was my 5th grow. All of the grows went to flower at 4.5 weeks. That's when I switch nutes from Gro-Big to Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom.
Does that sound right?

Got pics of the 2 plants you harvested at harvest or right before?

This was 10 weeks. The plant in the front right is a week behind.

10 weeks total or 10 weeks flower? Those plants are nowhere near ready and some seem to be hurting. Hopefully you didn't harvest them when the buds looked anything like that.

The trichomes were cloudy and amber so I harvested. Man I need some education.
That was 10 weeks from germination. I also thought the yellowing was normal end-of-life cycle yellowing.

Those buds were early to mid flower. Were you flushing too?

I hope I can apply whatever advice I get to the remaining plant. I don't want to start another grow until I get a clue.

No I've never flushed.
