Just got this 4x8 tent
2 600 cool tube
5 gal buckets
8 each light
Scrog

my first grow journal
my first scrog, 5th grow in total. first with my new set up

The 4x8 tent with 2 600's is definitely better than what I was running b4 1000 in a 4x4
Im stoked i also finally got my nutrients down Using organic earth juice tea, hi-brix mollasses but I also mixed in 2-3 tbsp osmocote 14-14-14 and + it really fills out the plants like crazy.
The critical is on the left side with 3 cherry pie. man the cherry pie is covered with crystals already I just started 11:30-12:30 on march 8th so not even a full month on flower 3 weeks in from switch im happy. Leaps and bounds above where I was at with just the earth juice tea that osmocote gives heavy flowers that's for sure. What so you guys think I will yield? I wasn't even pulling lbs of my 1000 so I'd be happy with 1 lb but I hope I get at least 1.5 I'd consider that a good starting point :D

There are many days I don't get a reply. Honestly, there are very few people who really care. Your journal should probably be as much for you as it is others. Good luck and I hope you get lots of bud!
 
AGREED, I realize that if you wanna get replies then you need to have an interesting, ''eye catching'' post title, I make videos and people seem to hit a lot, some haters but normal, mostly possitive people with compliments, also trying to get a point across, but in reality youre right people only really care about their own grows, UNLESS, theyre looking to improve and someone catches their eye!!!!

im wondering the 11:30-12:30 thing, 13 hours of darknss, is this correct, ive heard of several veg light schedules, butin flower never really heard of anything but 12/12, always wondered hat more dark and less light would do, just never tried it, im curious if theres any benefit to it!!!! interesting, and why can i ask do you do 11/13?
 
I do 11:30 / 12:30 that extra darkness makes the buds grow much faster it seems and maybe more crystally. That extra 30 mins sleep really makes them mature faster. Like I said I changed my light to flower cycle on march 8th and I already have all those buds and trichomes :D 11/13 would make your buds mature even faster i bet
 
how experienced are you with growing, ad being that im at 43 days flower now, do you thik its a good idea to do now?? got me thinking!!!

Perfect time to do it right now. If you think about in nature Veg veg veg- (June) flower flower in sept days start getting shorter nights start getting longer your buds really start to mature it's nature telling them "you better get huge cause this is your last chance b4 you die in winter.." lol yah id try 11/13 or 11:30/12:30 like me. Some people like to argue ohh the loss of light will make u lose yield but I'm not so sure I believe them ill half to do a side by side to compare either way your finishing a week or 2 ahead of schedule
 
ok so by 11:30 and 12:30, youre meaning 11 1/2 hours and 12 1/2 hours, i thought you meant the times you used, which really doesn matter, but if you look at the ''times'' its an hour, but now i see what you mean and itsa half hour, makes some sense!

The grow looks great! I'm flowering two MASSIVE critical mass right now and they are going to put out some serious weight! Talk about tight internoedal spacing! I'm excited to see how this grow goes over! Keep up the good work :)

Dude, if all goes well, you are going to yield way more than 1.5 lbs. I just yielded that off 12 sad as fuck ladies. I stepped into a grow about 2/3 the way through and did what I could and got some great flowers, but you sir, will do much better! I assume you are a dude/sir, if not, sorry, lulz.

I have a feeling there is going to be a lot more Cherry Pie in your next grow.

But I agree, title has a lot to do with it, and even with a great one, threads start slow. I started one just to get advice a few days ago, before I got a spec of useful info I had already came to a conclusion. As this thread gains replies it'll slowly get popular, and may go weeks without a peep. Threads with 50 pages sometimes suddenly just go dead.


ALSO:
Copy the url from each of your photos, and then edit your post. Wherever you currently have a picture posted, delete it, and in it's place type
and paste the url in between, if it makes a hyperlink, be sure to kill it. You will then have a full sized photo in your post.

I would suggest resizing everything to 4x6 or 8x10, you can use something simple like Paint, if you don't have a fancy pants program.
