Creating a HERMIE on purpose from an AUTOFLOWERING plant

What are the different ways you can cause your "female autoflowering" strain to hermie? I want to make one hermie and let it pollinate itself.

I think I gave you a way on one of your other hreads, but here goes...light stress, heat stress, over-ripening, and some chemicals that I forgot he name of...but you probably can't get those at your local supermarket! haha

actually I think over-ripening...it just takes longer, no real effort at all...all you gotta do is keep it alive...

Gibberillic acid? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibberellic_acid I think this is even released by fruit as it ripens
