hey everyone


so ive had a journal going on another site for a while and figured id post one up over here. just a quick run down of my set up. ive got a 150w hps with a 17w floro tube, true 65w cfl 2700k and a 23w 6500k for side lighting. cab has passive intake and a carbon scrubber through a cooltube and out of a squirrel cage 180cfm fan. here are a few pics of the cab itself.




alright now with that out of the way. i have been growing since 2008. I want to encourage comments and questions in my journal. so here we go. next post will be a current update.

Plant Stage: flower started 4-12-12
Light Cycle: 12/12

update time. been a lil while. the fcj's buds are so heavy now ihave had to make supports with coat hangers. this happened last go round also with this strain. other than that i think she is 2-3 weeks out. i like to let my plants go for a while. here are a few pics of her.











next up is the afghani that has been 12/12 from seed. its 43 days old and started to show hairs round 23 days. i hope she is done stretching. i cant wait to chop the fcj to move this plant over under the hps.








next up is the bsb cross. she is growing strong. still not filling out to much. the top cola is starting to foxtail quite a bit. all the buds have a slight pink hue to them under normal light. its very hard to see under the hps so hopefully the pics will show. here is a few of her

what are the other specs like dementions and how big your air scruber is. how well are you controling odor with your set up

i really like the looks of that man. it is essentially the cab im dreaming up and trying to get together. Those plants look great. you do 12/12 from seed right?

i have a carbon scrubber behind the cool tube, gets rid of all smells. ill have to get you the inside dimensions later, the plants are asleep atm. thanks for tagging along.

fan is def noticable when in the room. air gets sucked into the carbon filter through the cool tube and out the back through a 180cfm fan.

what up man. like your name. i hunt in south texas alot. temps are 84 at the highest. 78 at lowest. not perfect but gets the job done.

Thanks man!! i had a lot of fun building it with a buddy. no i have a separate pc case that i veg in. i will post pics of that later. i run a 125w cfl in that.

hey everyone

figured i'd post up a few pics of my veg cab and a few more pics of the actual flower cab set up. so if you have questions just ask.

pc veg cab. 1 125w 6500k and 2 23w or 13w bulbs for side light depending of what color i use. 2 80mm intake fans and one 120mm exhaust straight out the top. inside is lined with panda film. i have had several complete journals on this site using this case only. they are out there if you care to look them up but here is a pic of it.



here is a pic of my carbon filter set up for the flower cab. hopefully this answers a question or two.

the cool tube is a 6 in. the air filter and fan are 4 in so i spliced em together and lined the inside and outside with alum ducting tape so its smooth inside of it since i have that 90 degree turn there

whats up everyone. almost been two weeks since the last update. plants are still going strong. so here goes a lil about each and some pics. i took a ton of pics as usual so you're just going to have to deal with it hahah. i am planning on chopping the fcj next monday night.


here is a fcj i had outside. i chopped it and found that white stuff in the buds and i think it was bugs and egg sacks. anyone seen these before? i dont think i will be smoking this lol.

she is just about done. done for many peoples preferences. tbh i haven't even checked the trichs lol. i loved it how it was last time so i'm just doing the same as last time. i plan to chop her next monday. the buds are quite large. these pics really don't do them justice. every bud has had to be supported by a coat hanger.

alright onto the bsb cross. this idiot just keeps fox tailing and pushing out white hairs on the fox tails lol. purple is setting in nicely now. i dont think i will yied near as much as the fcj. i think this one has more sativa in it for sure. the ft's on the main bud are crazy, you'll see. hopefully maybe 3 more weeks? what do yall think? here she is







this is the top bud below





last is the afghani bag seed. she was 12/12 from seed. she has to be watered daily or she wilts bad. found that out this am. she is going to have one hell of a main cola. already the top 4ish nodes have connected with buds.



i thoght i took more of this one...oh well haha

Dam that shit looks nice as hell!!! I wish I was home for work to do a grow working out of town sucks!!! But gatta pay the bills!! But that stuff looks amazing and just makes me want to do it so much more
