Crazy story must read need help

Hey wanna start off by saying thanx for reading my post and for those who can possably help i thank u in advance for that. So here we (grow) lol. Somewhere between may and june i began to throw seeds in my back yard near this highway im in nyc btw no pedestrian access acept for my yard anyway around july 11th i noticed it had grown so i plucked it out and put it in a pot and began growing it in there it was a small pot i dont no wat kinda seeds it was bcuz i use to find them in random stuff i use to buy. So i started caring for it outdoor growing it in my yard in a small pot mind u i have no experiance in cultivation wats so ever. From There on I stared to do some reading about how to care for it, financialy i wasnt stable at that time so i just kept it how it was and went on from there. I just watered it everyday no specific time but everyday. It grew and had its problems (yellow leaves the whole bottem half)
but we mad it through that n kept growing.Basically i have no idea wat stage its in wat to do next n how to no when its ready n wat to do to it then. Btw i changed t to a bigger pot and put it in mineral gro its stoped the yellow leaves prob n it smells great n looks good to me nice sturdy stem not to tall but u will see the pics i put .Thanx again for all of u who read n will help.

In nyc its prob time to just let it finish up ... Dont give it more nutrients... give it some molasses for a week or so and then just ph banlanced water... just water for at least the last week. Take it down before the frost.. trim the big leaves off hang it upside down in a cool dark fresh room for a few days...when the stem snaps .. trim trim smoke smoke jar jar enjoy...then go do some resarch for next year... ny what what

But what you want to know is WHEN to harvest, yes? I just posted a couple of pix for someone else tonight, and I can't remember the name of the thread.

hey thanx for the reply guys i havnt givin them anymore nutrients just tap water to be honest the ny weather has been good this summer but i dont know if i have enough time to let it finish i hope those pics dont over embelish the plant all though it looks great some of those colors are induced by the flash i think. anyway i bring it in at night just as the sun goes down n just leave it inside myhouse by my back door reallllll dark when all lights are off and its night out so im hoping this kinda helpts it bloom faster but the pistels seem alot more white then brown maybe only 10% brown i dont know what else to do like i said the weather is scaring me a bit btw i noticed the tips of some of my fan leaves are brown n drying

That's normal as the plant progresses in flowering. It's "normally" an annual, meaning it's only got one season to grow and blow its wad.

No worries, we're all new at one time or another. I still can't believe that you got THAT from just tossing some seeds. You have a gift! I was going to say do not abuse it, but I want you to abuse it and just grow the FUCK out of Miss Mary Jane.

I think you're close to harvest, and if the weather's turned bad then I cannot recommend waiting to see if she'll fill out more at the risk of the total crop. I'm having the same issues with my girls, they look SO close, but... but... not quite there yet. So I took one cola from one girl (she needs a little time yet). You can do this with yours, too, take the more mature buds off and let her keep going a bit. But she'd need light, can't do it in a closet.

I was so shocked my self to see that it can grow that easy i wish it could happen everytime ima try again next year tho but im alos gonna try some the right way now that i learned alot with this plant and i dont have much of a yeild so its pointless to take a lil off but im planning on today to be the day weather is way to bad ill keep you guys posted on how she smokes good luck with urs i hope weather around u works with u more then weather by me

If your drying is delayed or taking too long, do a search on drying with rice. Or, ask some Puerto Rican friends about how they keep the salt in the shakers flowing.
