Make a bong out of some tubing and a blender.
use the blender as the chamber of the bong
and have a peice that mounts on top that has the long part on a bong.
Have a slider go above the blades of the blender.
have ice and water in blender during a hit.
Cool refreshing hit?

Sounds more like a mess to me. Might work better to pass the smoke through tubing, same as how a chiller would work but passing air (smoke) instead of water.

If you took a big hit and blew it into a bag, and later one suck the smoke out of the bag, would u get high off it?
