Craigslist

Ok here's another dumb question. Is it legal or safe for patients to sell to patients on Craigslist here in California? Reason I'm asking is because I always see their ads and I'm going to have some extra meds soon that I would like to get rid off...

There are documented raids that all stemmed from Craigslist out there , wish I could link a video .. I watched several people get raided due to this and its sad in the end but stupid at the same time all in one

And that's the thing that freaks me out..I just want to deal with people that have valid recs. kinda like a delivery service like the ones you see on weedmaps except those fuckers charge an arm and a leg got their stuff... Only if it was that easy to start a delivery service

I think with enough communication online in due time you will find what you need and want .. I have used the boards to my advantage for years and it has been more of blessing than I thought possible in the long haul .. Hydro shops and compassion clubs often have the coolest folks hanging around as well , one friend is often all it takes to have an army behind you

There are a lot of lowlifes that prey on people on craigslist and budtrader, if you google "craigslist marijuana robbery" theres plenty to read about. Proceed with great caution

Just say no to Craigslist.

I wouldn't use clist to sell your meds at all bro. Your setting yourself up for failure for sure.

Yes but I would only do patient to patient transactions with someone that I knew for a little while and trusted.

Do a search for Craigslist MMJ bust and you will see how easy it is for cops to get you as well as how rippers love when people advertise that they have extra meds to dispense.

You are just putting yourself at risk by going the CL route.

I used Craigslist for over a year abs had 0 issues. I felt with nice people who didn't bullshit about and took care of business. I haven't put an add up in over a year and still work with people I met through cl. On the other hand my friend got robbed by a regular at gunpoint and his wife was with him. That being said don't carry extra on you; cash or meds and don't work in shitty areas, always meet in public and, check reccamendations before meeting.

Cg worked for me. Moved my whole fall harvest off it w/only 1 prob. Dude ran w/ 6ozs of mine. It was my fault and after the summer I had didn't even chase him. Now I deal w/ a few of the good 1s I met who are some st8 honest and legit ppl. What else can you do, there aren't clubs and dispensarys everywhere.

make ppl send u a pic of themselves and thr rec and tell them to hold up 3 fingers or something else to prove its a real pic that way if they r cool they should have no prblm shady ppl wont do that and obviously if someone else shows up take off

We verify their recommendation before even talking with anyone about it (cause basically they are joining our collective). We then meet in one of OUR usual spots, take a Phone pic of their rec as well as their drivers license, and have yet to have a problem. Have been meeting some really nice people so far. Just be sure to file the Images of the Rec and Drivers license into the patients file, and you also remain legal.

That's pretty much my system I put their rec as their picture so I know who's calling and when their rec expires before I answer.

I'm living in San Jose California, a lot of ads for Bud here in Bay Area, most of it is dispensary, and I'm pretty sure they are monitored by the PD marijuana team. So best bet, don't buy or sell "donate" on cl.

I've used cl many times 0 issues I'm guessing the people who say not to use it either deal with clubs or have just heard things from a friend of a friend or whatever there is no clubs in my area and I sure as shit don't want to drive to the bay vend my product to the club so they can make a profit of my hard work I would rather do patient to patient little extra work but if I can help patients in my area I'm happy with that . Check recs get pic of them and chat them up a bit if feel comfortable then meet up just cover your ass the best u can And don't do qp's hp lb's till u have dealt with the person a bit much more likely to get jacked for a qp or lb than a zip . Unfortunately there is no for sure totally safe way to get rid of meds you will always have to put yourself out there wether to clubs or patients there is always risk good luck and stay safe .

Yup you can get robbed selling to dispensaries too... both in the literal and metaphorical sense

I'm guessing the effectiveness/risk of CL is going to depend on what area you're in.

craigslist is for murdering hookers, not buying weed
