Is it legal to get rid of extra meds on Craigslist? I have been reading and I would say no but then why is there so many people doing it. And do you think if not legal then could this be a reason to stop mmj by saying its being abused and is there really ever extra meds

Wow 70 views no one knows then why is it happening? I just wanted to know. Maybe it is legal if so put up a link so we can all read.

Its a good way to get set up by cops. Other than that, you can be a caregiver to another person, if you verify they have a card you can sell them herb. I wouldn't sell more than an ounce at a time though.

CL or weedmaps. set something up so you can always say you at least have an ounce. your allowed 24 ounces and 15 plants for Gods sake. throw up a weed maps line and go for it. thats where its legal. just verify and sit back

IDK if your allowed to sell it in medical states, i think you need to take a "donation". Im not 100% on this, but if your not taking taxes and not reporting it as income technicaly your fn the government out of their cut of everything that ever gets bought or sold in their state. I looked on craigslist a while ago for this and the add poster had a million disclaimers on it about having a valid card at delivery time with ID and that they were not selling it, and only taking donations to cover costs assosiated with growing. IDK, i wouldnt trust it for now, thats just me though cause im parinoid and i grow my own pain meds cause im self sufficiant bitches! i really wish that government would post some clear laws regarding this also. There are alot of medical states out there and IDK if any of them have clearly posted laws about their medical cannabis policys. Its kind of a shame that its not public knowledge. It really should be. I grow the stuff and really dont know the specifics. If someone knows where the laws are hideing posting a link for it would be awsome.

I guess just go with a collective.

You can provide for 1 person at a time.
There needs to be a signed provider sheet.
You must wait 15 Days after you no longer
provide for that one person before becoming
A different persons provider. So to sell daily
On craigslist would not be legal as I understand
it.

Collective Garden among 3 people is the best way, the mostess for the hostess

3 people, 15 plants each, 45 plants max
or
10 people, 15 plants each, BUT remains 45 plants max
