I was away for 2 days. When i came to the grow last I noticed a herd from my neighbors coming over. I called someone who i knew living there and he says hes no longer tending to the cattle and said he would pass the info to the owners.
I roll up today and immeditaly see hoof tracks all the way to the plants ::: gasp::: my 55gal water buckets were turned upside down, my lawnnower was moved 5ft ir so and looks trampled. Sump pump was sprawled over the ground. 10 of 12 plants have big limbs broken from fatty pushin her way threw. My scrog nets were all off center etc. It was a mess. Hoofer prints tell the tale.
Call the bitch..blah blah, not my cows, lied, backpeddled, "sue me" whatevs.
My legal rights:
I can take her to small claims sue her for property damages etc( mind you shes on a fixed income, can barely feed her cows and water them and shes out of grass)
I can confinscate her cows when they enter my property. I call the sheriff tell them what i did. Im in my legal right. I also must contact the brand inspector.
So most legit livestock owners brand their cattle. She has no brand on them and i could have a legal right to possibly" confinscate and brand them and make them my property especially for the property damages her property caused.
Im waiting for a call back from the local brand inspector to see if i can take her herd. This shoukd be interesting. Anyone else have this issue? And why do neighbors suck worse on the countryside than in the city?

I've been on the other side of it. Dry weather was killing the grass. Cows getting hungry. I moved them across the road to the pond land. Lots of bushes and shit down there for them to eat. Only problem was our fences were crap, and the cows ate my neighbors garden. Not weed, but he was plenty mad.

Oh geeezus smh. That guy i called that lived there just sent me this text ...
FWD: My cows being bad. They got out into neighbors. No fence so they are grazing. I cut the fence so they can go back and forth. We are going to work on that fence this week. We have the north and most of the west done. They been good all year.
Thats her talking to him smh..
So she let them out purposely bc shes out of grass and water hence my buckets all tumped

She said not her cows everyones cows roam the road here. (Thats not true at all. Its just hers.) After she said that...i asked her how many cows did she retrieve from my property that evening..she said 8 or so. Lol
Also found out the sheriff was called because they were up on the major hwy 2x this week. Hitting a cow at 65mph could be super bad. But hey who cares, out of grass. Smh
