Couple problems with my plant

I'm not sure what these specks mean, i've looked up and can't decide if they are due to mites or something else.

Also my plants colour doesn't look great, yellowey. too much/ too little of something?

How can I solves these problems?

duh, need the pictures....

we are gonna need more info like nutes, soil, you know your basic grow info.

feeding it baby bio occasionally, using some compost, outside in the uk so not the greastest weather, haven't been caring for it that great but the last couple days have had good weathers so i've payed more attention, feeding it slightly more nutrients, repotting it. but the problems were apparent long before. it could be a nutrients thing but the little white specks i'm not sure. help.
