Couple of Outdoor Questions

Whats up? Im new to RIU and currently on my first grow, I'm currently growing outside in the woods in 2 gallon pots and i get about 14-15 hrs of sun a day watering and taking care of them is no problem as its my property and i have no neighbors. My plants are from bag seed and i have 3 going that are about 5 inches tall each. So if anyone can answer my questions here they are:

-Has anyone ever used KGRO soil? It contains Dolomite Lime, Perlite, peat, and Worm Castings. Would you consider it a good soil?

-What should I use to keep bugs away and when should I use it? I have a pesticide for outdoor flowering plants at the moment.

-What type and and when should I give my plants nutrients?

Any other tips/tricks are GREATLY appreciated, thanks in advance.

I guess the first thing you need to do is buy a book and read it, immediately.

To answer your questions adequately might take 100,000 words, whereas several guys have already done this.

Once you've read a book, you can at least ask an informed question.

In no way am I trying to dis you.

This is the best advice I can give you.

Until the book arrives, there are a ton of topic specific threads that will help with your questions. Using the Search feature will help speed things along.

Best of luck!

Thanks alot man, could you recommend any good informative books I should get? I did actually search for the soil I mentioned and nothing good came up, thats pretty much my main concern because I figure I can infact learn alot from reading. Thanks for the input though, I appreciate it.

Thank you Norcal, would it be cheaper to order the Fox Farm offline or go to a local garden center? Also would you be able to recommend any good books/guides?
