Couple Buds Showing Seeds

I have beautiful Kush plant going with dense sticky cola's almost fully developed. I am done with my last week of nutes ( growing in soil, Indoors, 600W HPS). I will be flushing the next week. I noticed this morning that just a couple of the lower buds on one branch are now looking like they are loaded with seed. All the rest are looking sticky and dank and not a sign of seed. Should I be concerned? should I chop off that branch? or just let it go? any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Let the branch go! Chopping now isn't going to change anything if the whole plant is polenated chopping isn't going to change that. I just delt with this in my rooms! Had a hermie! :( What I did is let the ladies finish and harvest the seeds. Grow them out and call it a day. Pick the seeds out and you still have decent weed! And Kush seeds!
 
Who was the breeder on the kush?Mine did same crap, grew male flowers under a bud and seeded my whole grow,
