Could this be due to not PH'ing the water properly during the first 5 or so weeks??

omg that poor plant... its flowering right now also?

check your PH ASAP also what nutes you using ans what soil
 
1 opinion and you havnt answered my questions.. and if you do i might be able to help you... you gotta do half the work and get us the information
 
I think it is a nute burn prob I checked the PH it is 7.0 I think it is ATTACK OF MG but good news id I changed my soil after this plant
 
I'd consider a flush with pH 6.2 water - MJ prefers slightly acidic water. Bring to the nutes back slowly.

Maybe a teaspoon/gallon of epsom salt (available at drug store/grocery store).
 
looks like a disease, check your roots, probably brown, I highly doubt flushing will reverse that, but its a start, you need to provide more of a history in order to get diognosis
