Could this a pH problem or a calcium defect?

The two plants are Sweet island Slunk and hindu Kush. Tuesday 9/2/08 these were transplanted from an organic miracle gro soil to FF ocean forest w/ guano gro and chunky perlite mix. They were about 4 weeks in to flowering outside, then transplanted and set under a 4000watt HPS light. the temps in the room are about 85 with the lights on and humidity at around 38-40. I noticed after the transplant, the leaves started "acting up". From what I gathered from reading, it looks to be a low pH or low calcium but I am not 100% sure.

1. Do I need to bring the temps down?
2. What can you gather from these photos?
3. What about heat stress?

This is a first time grow, so any helpful and informative informatin would be greatly appreciated. I know its all about trial and error but im lost right now. Thank you!

i purchased some dolemite lime and top dressed both plants with it. then sprayed plain water over it. Nothing has improved at all. Please please please help me out! Temps are at around 85 degrees with lights ion and humidity at around 37%, is the temps too high? I have a pH meter for soil and it is reading just under 7(im assuming 6.8, which should be perfect). Im lost and and dont want to lose these ladies.

whoa, first off high temps cuase plants to transpire moe(breath giving off water) and low humidity dont help try raising it to 50 min in veg 70 max and 40-50 flowering

Since ya just planted them in fox farm your ph is good and they dont need any nutes. The soil is good.
They are just in shock from the enviroment change. In a week or so they will look great. Ya just have to wait. Ya add nutes and you will have more problems. Ya mess with the ph. Ya will have problems.

ok monday was the official week. as of today they have not yet bounced back, but the buds seem to be growing but not the leaves. will wait it out and see what happens. thanks.

Im having the same problem. I have about a month left of flowering and the buds seem to be fine (pistils are about 70% turned brown but all trichomes are clear it appears) but it seem that every leaf is starting to or already has turned brown and crispy at the ends?! I honestly dont have anything to check PH and such so im wondering if that could be a problem or heat? She is an outdoor lady and its about 90 degrees where i live on average; so maybe just heat? Main question is since this is my first grow...Will she make it until harvest!? Please help!
