I've read about the so-called "long Covid" and how it initially didn't have a huge effect on those who got it but its victims now suffer from long term paranoid delusions, brain fog and a profound lack of taste.
Sound familiar?
Maybe this thing was cooked up in a lab and was some part of the master plan that also included Qanon disinformation to get Trump elected and installed as dictator. I mean, few in their right minds would believe in Qanon or support Trump, amirite?
Maybe the virus then mutated slightly and, instead of just making people dumb AF, it began to cause deaths which brought it to the attention of medical professionals.
If a fungal spore can infect an ant and then cause them to seek high ground on top of a blade of grass and lock their little ant-legs in place until the fungus' fruiting body pops out the poor little ants' heads, couldn't a really insidious virus make people stupid enough to believe Qanonsense and vote for Trump?
