could I grow in this?

I have one of these. If I threw a front door on this thing and did all my light set up and all that good stuff, and painted it white of course. Could I vegetate in this? And use the shelfs to adjust the distance to the lights, instead of moving the lights towards the plants?

I turned one of these into a tent with panda film.

Seedling/Cone box up top, and veg tent in the bottom. Flower area is bigger though.
