could be ANY deficiency... or fungus?

here is a pic of my SAGE, plants are 45 days into flower and still have atleast 30 to go. I am in FFOF using Flora series 3 part and liquid koolbloom. all at recommended dosages. The entire lifecycle of this plant I have been watering with store bought bottled water and never had a problem. Recently, I tried to deal with this problem as I thought it may be some sort of lockout so, I flushed it with rain water. did I flush out all the necessary micronutes? I have fed since then with the flora series and the problem still seems to be getting worse. after I put some thought and research into it, I realized it could be anything. CAL/MAG? Maganese? Fungus? I cant find a good way to test my soil Ph, every store around me has those stupid metal probes and those don't work for shit. anything helps as I am literally about to cut my wrist, the long way bitches. thanks all! (no, not suicidal just expressing my distrainment)

No takers? Well, now i think it might be extreme nute burn? I have been using the koolbloom since week 1 at 2.5 ml gal. Now im up to 6ml which is a lil about reccomended dosages. Some help, maybe even guesses lol.
