Cost to run lights!!

I was checking out some lights online and came across this table of how much it costs per week to run lights.. and Jeebus did it scare the fook out of me. Its in Pounds but the Americans just have to basically double it. It can't be right can it???? Pls tell me its bullshit

So anybody in the UK confirm that pic is bullshit or is about right?

Where I live it's 12p per kwh... and I'd say the diagram is right at 13p kwh.
