You're really good at making false equivalencies. Just because somebody is funded by the federal government does NOT mean that they are a federal company. The raids on the east side WERE DEA! NOT "DRUG TASK FORCE!"

http://www.komonews.com/news/local/120912454.html

It clearly states "FEDS" NOT "drug task force."

Are you seriously stupid enough to not know the difference? This is becoming way too tedious.

obviously you have no idea what is going on, and the fact that, as was made very clear by the federal government prior to the new washington bill, The federal government is going to continue to put pressure on the MMJ industry, where you absolutely fail is when you say that dispensing of medication is entirely illegal at the state level, when in fact the law clearly states that local communities have the final say in how and where MMj is provided, This means that local communities can decide whether to be apart of the nationwide war on drugs, and receive extra funding, or follow the wishes of that community. furthermore, I would like to call your attention to the fact that almost all dispensary busts in washington have been done because of improper licensing etc... not for simply providing medication.

And if you dont understand how federal funding directs the work of local law enforcement, and that these "task forces" are led by federal agents, this is part of the whole Homeland Security "sharing information" and working hand in hand with the FEDS, which I use liberally for the many three lettered acronyms which operate within our borders, then you probably shouldnt be investing 20,000 dollars in a grow op, cause its still a federal crime in colorado,

"prefontaine" = troll. What's funny is. Since I've had this account, I haven't logged in one time when prefontaine hasn't also been logged in. The green dot next to his screen name is always illuminated. What a loser. Never leaves the house. Just sits at the computer all day trolling. Sad. Just eat a bullet already, please?

Whats really funny is that you, seven hour welfair line, are still so emotionally invested that you have to respond to me, even though you say you have better things to do? Also funny you have a total of 78 posts, all of which are in regards to me, you see, instead of actually using this site to spread knowledge and help people you have decided to yell at and belittle people on here, which leads to people like me to call you out and show you for the A-hole teenager that has to bully people online cause you cant get away with it life.

so yeah, i post alot, lets see you do something more than call people names and pretending you know how stuff works

You are both right.
Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force

Localities working in cooperation. Funded mostly by the Federal government. Also, Snohomish county is a majority Republican stronghold, so figure that one out.

Since the state punted the issue last legislative session, it then devolves down to the local level. Seattle decided to accept dispensaries as a new source of revenue. Considering that local attorneys have started advertising services specifically for dispensaries outside of criminal defense, the cat is out of the box.

Lastly, just the mention of turning a grower over to authorities simply to prove a point strikes me as obscene, SevenHour.

Once again, just because the task force is funded by the feds, does not mean they ARE feds. When arrested by a task force the trial would be in state court and the sentence would be carried out in state prison. When arrested by feds, the trial would be in fed court and sentence would be carried out in fed prison. Task force agents are STATE workers.

So why are these people being arrested for everything but the actual supplying of mmj to mmj patients? when its the locals, and only getting hit for dealing when its the feds? sure sounds to me like you never read a single one of those articles you referenced, cause they do explain it quite clearly,

also is it the locals who set up a task force and then request funding or is it the federal government that makes the funds available to local departments who are willing to create these task forces, sure sounds like extending the federal arm to me, oh and most of these task forces have overseeing federal personnel, to support the local activities.
