Conversion from indoor to outdoor.

I decided to start growing inside for right now until it gets warmer out.. I live in virginia so that should be around march.
I plan on moving my plant from my closet to my tree stand where I have adequate space and I can keep it out of sight there.
Has anyone moved a plant from indoors to outdoors? If so how were your experinces with it?
I plan on letting it grow all spring and summer and let it flower and bud naturally.

never had a problem with the plant may take time 2 adjust 2 new lighting i had problems with critters thought about tree stand until 1 day a storm came by and the trees were sideways i stayed indoors mostley that was pa oh border area
