Controlling Height of Autoflowers

My question is how do i keep the height of the plants small so they dont outgrow my cabinet, as i feel they might do.

its going to have
one 200W IP56 LED panel
with two 4” AC fans each one for intake of fresh air and the exhaust
A one-way air pump and an air stone to oxygenate the water for irrigation.
4” carbon filter
