Contemplating a stealth grow in sterilite

I have one of these containers and I'm thinking about putting it in my closet, and tilt it up vertically. That way I would have almost 3' of vertical grow room. I'm looking to grow some type of indica, possibly topping it to minimize height. I want to hook up a cpu fan for airflow and probably 4 CFL's. I am only going to put in 1 or 2 plants. Does this seem doable? I have read a lot about other stealth grows so I think it will work. What type of CFL's do you guys suggest? Yeah its possible, but those cfl's dont perform to capacity.
If your going cost effective, get the cfls, but expect slower results.
If your just trying to save space, go to a fish store and get an Antinic light.
They vary anywhere from 12"-30+"
Actinic light produce only light at a specific wavelength of 420 nm, the peak wavelength value produces light very blue in the spectrum, and promotes good vegatative growth.
When flowering, consider CFL's with a more balanced spectrum of light.(although still too cool for ideal flowering)

But I think your main concern should be the ventilation of the tub, and its surrounding area. Tight spaces = pathogen host.

I am doing CFL's becuase of cost issues and heat issues. I'm hoping 1 cpu fan for input and 1 for output and then one inside for circulation. I'm also contemplating using this instead of CFLs, http://www.e-conolight.com/Product/EProductDetail.asp?ProductFamilyID=7&FGNumber=E-MT6H151G

It's only 20 bucks. Do you guys think this would be O.K. for veg and flowering? As for smell I'm still looking into ways but I'll probably end up making my own carbon filter. I saw a few threads about making them.

Oh, do you guys think I should try and order lowryder seeds online, or just use my bagseed? I'm not sure if my bagseed is sativa though, which may pose a problem in the future.
