Confusing Leaves?

Hi everyone. My thread for this grow can be found in the stealth cabinet section but I'm kinda nervous about the way the lower leaves on these plants look. I've used no nutes yet and I want to transplant to bigger container as soon as they are healthier. My outdoor plants have always mmanaged to bush out from underneath but these lower leaves tend to get smaller and smaller. Any advice would be wonderful so thanks in advance.

That container looks kinda small, how big is it? You might wanna look into a small feeding of nutes as it looks like your new growth is pulling energy out of the lower leaves. I'm kinda new to it myself, so take it with a grain of salt. but that's my take on it. What kind of lights are you using?

I would repot her asap....then a feed a week or two later.

if they are more than 3 weeks old (and I am sure they are) transplant into much larger container. I am pretty sure that is a root lock issue.
