Confirmed 1 of 3 is male HELP

One of my three plants is male. I cut him down but the roots from all 3 plants are grown together. I cut the male down to the soil and cleaned the entire grow room with a water and a tiney amount of alcohol. Do i need to be concerned about root rot? Is there any other steps I should take?

Why would you be concerned about root rot? You probably didn't even need to wash the room. You only wash if the sacs were already opened and throwing pollen.
