Cone-piece The pull up Variety NOOBIE

Heya lads not a new smoker by any means just wanted to know what you call the cone pieces you pull up? my cone piece sits in there and i have a shottie hole at the back what us aussies call it lol... any thoughts?

Yeh a bong I see the Yanks pull the cone piece up to finish the ghosties in the bong. Aussies are weird we enjoy our smoke with tobacco too which is unheard of I think we only do it hahA
