Don't know what the blue jsack is on a TV. It's one of the audio channels on the PC.

HDMI ports look a bit like USB, no color code. What does the TV maual say about the blue?

If you have a All-in-one pc with no video output on it, I think your out of luck. If you had a regular computer tower it would be easy. Protip: Dont buy all in one computers.

Unless there is a video-out for your computer, then you're out of luck unless you fancy buying an external USB graphics solution which might work.

I'd have thought that a blue connector wil mean VGA as opposed to DVI or HDMI or Display port.

Most AIOs don't come with video outputs (or more correctly the video output is just wired into the monitor.) I guess there are usb graphics cards but nothing about that sounds like a good idea to me.

Some TVs support VGA and it's a nice feature to have.

AIO's have no video output like they said

but the only way to display a pc to a tv is for both to have hdmi ports vga ports dvi ports or svideo ports

Yes they do, just not all of them. For example the PACKARD BELL OneTwo M I387has hdmi output. You can also happily mix and match various connection types, i've a box of various converter plugs things.

yes there is a way to do it.

You would need to check to see if you need any drivers for the display settings.

google VGA to USB. they're about 60 bux.

next time before you purchase a computer think ahead.... spend the extra money on one with an HDMI enabled card....

good luck....

What's your model of ALL-IN-ONE? Even most of those have an RGB output, at the very least. That sucks for you man. But like someone else said, you can probably use a USB adapter. Not the greatest display, but it should work.
I am really curious what you bought though.
