Ive had a batch of microbe brewing for roughly 48 hours now and well it smells like cider vinegar. I started it with a package of green gro mycrozia, a half cup of earth juice, half cup worm castings, 2 tbs of molasses and added a tbs of agave nectar last night.

It does not smell foul just literally like sweet cider vinegar.

can anyone explain this for me?

it would probably be the Molasses. Usually Molasses is better to brew for no more than 24 hours before feeding your plants. Molasses is sugar and over time it could turn into alcohol sort of way. That would explain the Vinegar smell. I can't really say if it is good or not I have never brewed that long though.

I have had the run out water smelling like that 2 days after I use molasses on my water days. That is when I started pouring a bit less water so they will be sucked up in 24 hours.
