I was able to make some compost tea...Do i add like a teaspoon/gallon of this to my regular plain water feeding the whole growth?

i'm no expert, but i give seedlings/clones compost tea 1 out of every 3 waterings, veg plants get it 2 out of every 3 waterings, and flowering plants get it every watering, except for an occasional plain water to make sure there is no buildup, and of course the last few weeks is just a flush.

i bought a bag of organic compost..i put some in a pillow case an left it in a 4 gallon bucket of water for 24 hours with an aquarium pump......This is correct?
should i dilute with 50%water?
I dont know how much to add to nutes. Since im giving nutes in 4 weeks, i should wait till then? Once a week is good?

the tea that i get at the hydro store needs to be diluted 50 to 1. i put about 80mL in my one gallon jug. I add it with the nutrients every other feeding. Apparently it helps to pre-digest a lot of them. Not sure if this helps, or if your tea is different...
When I make mine I add blood meal, bone meal, garden lime, and molasses to the compost and I add a gallon of rain water, I only make a gallon at a time, you have to use it right away so it's a waste for me to make more, I use it full strength and I let it bubble for 48 hours

This is a very old thread, but I actually do the same thing, I use a old crappy pillow case!!! It works
