Complete Algae take over in rez................

Drip system with cocoa drain to rez.....

I use GH 3 part and not had this problem before. I added Flora Nectar this time and by the next day I have snot all over the walls and pumps. Clogged up the lines and requires complete clean up.

What the Hell????? Yeah, I need a cover for the rez but I have seen others use it without any problems.

Did I use too much? 4 mL per gallon....

Well I cleaned it up. Alcohol in the rez and washed everything. Reloaded with nutes minus the flora nectar. Any suggestions on how to use it without getting the algae growth?

Air pump / airstone for O2, seal lid and light proof container under or in the shade!
