Companion by American Hydroponics for powdery mildew in flowering?

GIVEN THERE ARE NO PICTURES FOR THIS AND I AM SORRY BUT CANT POST RIGHT NOW. THATS OK THO NO PICS NECESSARY I KNOW the problem just want suggestions on how to use this product called companion by amhydro http://www.amhydro.com/downloads/pdfs/Companion_datasheet.pdf
The bottle actually says on the bottle that it is used for powdery mildew in foliar use.

Was wondering if anyone has used this product ? if not maybe you could answer a few questions for me. IF ANY SOUND DUMB please just humor me, i like to hear steps from someone else so i can envision it being done.

#1. Have you used this and did it work?If you no go to #2
#2. If you have no used this product, given the link i gave for the data sheet, does this sound like an okay product to use?
#3. What is Foliar feeding and can you demonstrate to me in words how to foliar feed?
#4. Is this safe for flowering? i just switched to 12/12 sep 6th.
#5. When should I do it? my light schedule is on at NOON off at midnight.

ALSO it says FOLIAR FEED: 2 teaspoons per quart of water every 7 days. Do i give them that quart of water over a week or just one watering every 7 days with it.
THANKS A TON

I have it and have used it though not in flower and without a pic can't tell if its mildew or mold so i will try to answer what yoiu asked.
#1 yes i have used it but didn't have mildew just used it for the micro in it and to prevent any mildew.
#3 foliar feeding is spraying the leaves of your plant with a fine mist, remember to get all the leaf under and the top and if possiblr do this before your lights come on to avoid burning your plant with a magnifying type effect from the water.
#4 you just flipped to 12/12 so yes you are fine, some even say go ahead and foliar feed with it during flower but once you start getting bud development i wouldn't recommend it
#5 got ahead of myself and answered in #3

This is just the time when i happen to be up before work so you can usually find me around now.Note i am no expert grower but i have a couple years experience altogether which means nada we all learn at different rates so what i am getting at is my word is just what i know from my own experiences.
