Just dont even waste your time proving yourself.

Whatever you do or say is useless they already have their mind made up and have you judged.

All you are doing is fueling the fire.

Anything you show is trash in their eyes because they are perfect growers
Not the case for me bud. I’m always learning.

if you don’t move forward then you’re always stuck in the bus lane.

I was merely saying to the OP that if he is trying to prove proof of concept then he should have much stouter plants if his lights can’t penetrate that density of plant matter.

Proof of concept in my eyes for this style of grow would have been either SOG making use of the limited penetration power or even SCROG per light.

this way would have maximised yields for wattage used.

I definately don't think I'm perfect. Just think if this is the calibre of the average commercial grower in the states I see why their commercial weed has such a bad rep, and that this guy shouldn't jump in the deep end before he learns to swim.

Same here. Growing weed isnt my job its a hobby that saves me money not buying weed.

I also like growing plants. Its calming. My day job is stressful so its a nice unwind. I also grow orchids because apparently I like to be stressed in the garden as well LOL. Talk about a hard plant to grow.

The commercial weed has a bad rep because you fools like IG pictures weed and not actual quality of weed. They give you what you demand. Probably not anyone on this forum but the mass public out there.

to get full control, since you are in soil I would buy a few instruments to start with.
~a lux meter-20$ used to measure light and see if you are under lit
~a soil/medium ph probe (works in water too) by bluelab "leap probe"- 190$ + some more for the calibration/cleaning kit
~the bluelab pulse meter -240$ direct PPM measurements in the media (probably only good on media not for water)
~Dino-lite usb microscope- for finding and identifying pests 100$+ . keep in mind there is no capture button directly on the microscope, so there may be a better one out there. It would be easier to use on a laptop than a tower computer because the cord has to be directly plugged into your computer with no extension. I'm sure there is a better one out there for portability purposes. I just cut a leaf off and bring it to my computer desk for further examination. I love being able to watch videos and see whats going on !

the pulse meter I don't use all the time, but I can directly measure the PPM's and moisture content of my media when I am trying to figure things out. Taking all of these measurements eliminates ph, ppm's, or moisture infrequency being an issue

also post up your soil mix or whatever and your feeding regime to get a good grasp on what could be going wrong

If you are letting them suck up the runoff water you most likely have a salt build up problem. To avoid this, once a month run 3x the medium size worth of clean water through the medium to leech out excess salts left behind from feeding and discard the water. a 10 Gallon pot that would be 30 gallons. Alternatively, what I do is I have my pots elevated above the catch trays so they cant suck up the runoff. If you let 10-20% of the amount watered by run off to waste you will also avoid this issue. I have all my plants on a tray that is pitched to a bucket for the wastewater and just toss it out

typically you see problems from this first on the biggest plants, because they suck up water the fastest. When the media becomes dry, the salinity increases and can burn / lock things out/ ph swing

I like his grow.
I agree he may need stronger lights.
Respectfully, I am not sure a scrog is a good idea.
There are plenty of indica hybrids that do great in scrog.
He is growing cbd strains that appear to be plants that stretch more than indica hybrids.
I could be wrong but I have read that some sativa strains do not take well to being scrogged and I would be cautious about growing a cbd strain that way before learning to grow the plant like a xmas tree.

Scrog is better for a plants that are indica hybrids IMO.

Scrog can work and pretty much does work with anything.

if you’ve got a leggy sativa that you want to keep within a certain height then scrog the bitch lol.

My overall point though was that the OP is doing this for proof of concept to what I believe would be investors.

so You want to make it look as perfect as it can be.

which unfortunately with seriously stretched out plants isn’t cutting it.

Haha you want me to look so bad but sorry I have a life bud I had ONE questions about TWO leaves on a single plant.

Congrats man I’m really proud of you coming on here and being a tough guy behind a computer. Good luck with life my friend. Here’s some updates on my WONKEY LED’s. These are the lower branches too just to give you perspective on the fire we grow here.

Take a step back and relax buddy, enjoy the pics!! Let me know if you have any questions and I’ll help guide your future endeavors with cannabis growing.
Congrats those look like shit.

I could care less if you look at my shit. But if you DID, you’d realize how badly you’re sucking at this.

I’m sure the boys in Kentucky think your stuff is amazing.

no one else does though:lol::lol::lol:

Whats your problem? Sound stuck up and immature if you need to go to random threads to flex your cred and make people feel small for their grow. Dude simply responds keep comments to yourself and like a typical infant you pull the "woah brow chillmandude it was just a joke" "lookz at my plantz broh im so gUd cum 2 cali wheres all teh gud gr0werz be" classic gaslighting.

Its cannabis. Its not some heirloom orchids. These plants grow themselves and you aint special because you "crop poundz in cali with legit cutz"

You also aint special because jerks like you are a dime a dozen in this world. Being courteous and kind speaks of the bigger person. But with the anonymity of the internet comes with acting a front you wouldnt show out in the real world.

Or maybe you are like this in the real world?

Now quickly research my past posts to figure out what kind of grower I am and attack me like the hurt child inside of you wants to do. Because growing weed is all that there is in life and your worth is determined solely on cropping poundz from legit cutz
Didnt read any of that or anything.

I made a harmless joke at the beginning of the thread and OP got super butthurt.

now it’s just funny to me. Bro keeps responding like a puffed up turkey so.... I keep putting him back in his place...

which is in the “marijuana plant problems” and “newbie” section.

sorry, but it’s the word “commercial” that makes all this so hilarious.

Says the “commercial grower” in the plant problems section.
Yeah. If you lived in Cali you’d have legit cuts, legal status, be in the literal pot Mecca of the world and MAYBE even get a lil style.
But you can’t and won’t. Good luck in Delaware or whatever boofy ass state you live in :lol::lol:
Like I said, look at my plants. Then look at yours. Maybe it’s cause I don’t grow under cheap, wack LEDs?
or maybe I’m just cooler than you?8-)

keep up rook.
LOL Could it be the way you say turquoise?

Damn. The butthurt is strong in you.

chill, girl

Possibly. I pronounce it with a very thick and heavy French accent. It runs some the wrong way
BTW I've seen that barring before. It was due to an ozone generator. You can tell him if you wanna. BTW your Special Occasion finishes her first week of flower today. The male I'm reversing is looking handsome.

Absolutely this is not the correct watts per sqft. This is more of a test run with our genetics. We’re partners with Trilogene Genetics and growing their strains out. This is our model grow before we scale up with better LED’s. We’re testing our dry amendments and room setup more than the lighting. We have them on 12” talk custom built benches to get them off the floor. All 7 gallon pots, using Gaja Green and 100% organic regiment. They are all CBD genetics because we’re in Virginia. We’re getting setup for legalization so we can switch to thc dominant strains when we get our license. We’re currently growing and making our own cbd products.
For an actual test you need the right lights. Your light changes everything.

First, what he said...your weed looks wonky from led's, the calyx growth look extended. Look at your own pictures, there is something off at the length of those. Too much red for sure, maybe keep red to a minimum during stretch. If this is a test run in veg, what did you grow that flower stuff under?

Second, canopy control for commercial grow is unusual. What's going on there? Some looked topped, some look 3 ft taller. Made my eyeballs hurt, gave up figuring on that one.

Third, are there fans? I didn't see fans on any wall.
