Also can anyone tell me if this plant will catch up? It's the same age as the other to but had some problems in the beginning and grew very slowly.

It'll catch up, especially in those pots and outside. Mine were small, but they were inside, my girls started to crowd them out so I put the little ones outside 4-5 days ago and now they are as big as my girls. They tripled in size in just 4-5 days. Just be patient.

Does the one in training look ok topped it yesterday and started the LST I know it's not fully recovered but it seems to be responding well.
