U may be over watering, it could be disease, it may be normal. If it transfers to the other growth I would start to be concerned.

The cotyledons are part of the plants seed, they are not like the leafs that develop when a plant starts growing. In your case, the nice looking green ones that are coming through there. So looks okay to me, no worries about your cotyledons, in my opinion.
