colorful plants

Hey!! I remember in school we put celery sticks into water with food coloring in it and it turned that color. I was wondering what colors you guys have turned your girls. One way is to chop off your buds then put them in food coloring right? or can you add it to the water you feed the plant? The reason i ask is because i know someone will pay for a bright colorful bud

That might be all fine and dandy for eating the buds, but smoking them?
Uhh wouldn't that taste horrible?
Same with eating it too I guess, probably wouldn't taste good...
