Hey everyone,
Im relocating to Oregon from Colorado in a few months. I have moved to 2 different med states in the past 4 years, and oregon is the most difficult (for me) to wade through the regulations. I would LOVE to talk shop with a friendly soul willing to take time out for a stranger. Generally I need to know caregiver laws- how many growers per property, what is done with excess, and any suggestions for tracking down a 'friendly' landlord would be oh so helpful!

Im so looking forward to well cured weed, not this dry colorado 'no-cure' flower!

Thanks
V

You'll get a shitty grower in every state if not many. I love a good cure...
Did you ever make it to Oregon?

O.K. here goes. Go to the Oregon Department of Human Resources Website and get on their E-mail list. The regulations are changing all of the time. Right now they are trying to limit to 4 cards=6 plants per property; except a few growers who have way too many patients, and they are supposed to grandfather in.( I am apposing that) The excess is supposed to be sold to dispensaries, but the dispensaries mostly own their own gardens. The ones who don't grow try to buy for $ 1000 per lb. or so and quadrupling their price. As for landlords, They are out there and they are greedy.

My daughter goes to school in Boulder. She will be running the Mass Spec. machine when she gets home. Her rent was just raised $200. I can't see how that's legal, but it is. I going to Boulder on New Years to see her and check out the 'Goods"
