Colorado Rules for Recreational Marijuana shops

Sounds awesome. All the rules seem mostly fair, I don't really understand the "• Marijuana stores cannot advertise in places where kids will likely see it, including on television, on the radio or in newspapers where there is "reliable evidence" that "more than 30 percent of the audience ... is reasonably expected to be under the age of 21." That doesn't really stop alcohol companies from advertising on TV, radio, newspapers, ect. But this is still great news :D

I think the revenue from DUI will increase dramatically, it stays in your system so long, cops are going to have to have a more sophisticated testing parameter like Alcohol .08 etc. You could smoke a joint on say Sunday, and then Monday on the way home from the job stop for an IPA, be pulled over and smell like alcohol get blood tested at the station and be arrested for DUI MJ. According to a friend I know from Colorado this is happening. When he came up this year he was paranoid to smoke and even think about driving the same day. Oh well they'll deal with it, I know where I live the City and State revenue from DUI MJ infractions will go way up when they legalize retail shops here. :joint: just my $.02 just like Colorado lots of grass burners in The Last Frontier LOL
