just go on craigslist and type in "MMJ card" and you will see tons of doctors who will sign you off

the place i got mine is called herbal remedies and thats where i got my card. next door to the location is a chiropractor named Dr. Lee and he will charge $75 for visit and then you go next door with your doctors note and walla

Actually, I believe Herbal Remedies doesn't require previous medical papers or paperwork thereof.

I know a doctor (Dr C) in Denver who is excellent!
You don't have to bring anything with you, just $70 (includes a notary) and he goes through your medical history, checks your pulse and heart... (the usual history questions) and youre done.
Since you have to get the physician recommendation yearly i think it is great that Dr C is caring and that he respects the doctor/patient relationship!
He works at Karmaceuticals! Highly recommend. His # is 303.883.4320.

Guys: Be careful about leaving doctors ph numbers and locations on this forum. LEO and DEA do troll here and are always looking for doctors to shut down for one reason or another. I know of one dispensary that got alot of calls 'out of nowhere' after a reference to them was posted on here. The questions being asked were *not* the kinds of questions patients normally ask, either. Yes, some of the info you can Google and find easily others ..not so much. It's like that for a reason.
