Colorado Laws, Need Information!

Okay, So I am in Colorado.

I am amendment 20 & 64 compliant.
I have a red card allowing 6 plants (your basic card), and under 64 I can grow 6 plants.

Now my questions here are;
I have excess clones. Not much, lets say 6.
I have 2 excess females. (2ft)

I DO have people to account for these plants, so legal issues? Not worried about it.

I have nothing to do with the "excess" of plants and dont need them right now. I have 6 girls in flower currently that will be ready for harvest very shortly and after those are done, ill be taking a little break before starting back again.

I know under 64 you cant sell or buy marijuana.
And I even think 20 is the same way except at a dispensary. But I see a lot of people saying donations this, donations that and are getting busted left and right.

Well what Im wondering, What about clones or plants? Can I legally sell them or no? I didnt think you could & I wont be trying to take "donations" with all the crap floating around. But what about trading?

I traded "tim" 4 Clones for his Ipod. (example)
Is that Legal?

I gave him a plant, he gave me an ipod. Or I also see people selling/trading a mcdonalds toy and when you buy it he will give you some weed.

Can anyone clear this up at all? I tried researching it with no luck.
Pretty much just looking to clear up some plants for some extra cash or trade for things I need or can ebay for the cash.
