Cold stops growth...how about maturity?

Ok so I have a few sativa plants outside that seem to have stopped growing as it got colder (although they are in a green house with a heater). My question is will the buds still mature even though the growth slows down or they stop progressing all together and might as well pull them?

Maturity is directly connected to growth. The amount of growth that is slowed will be a direct reflection on maturity slowing.

And the way to tell if growth is slow is the amount of time the plant takes to dry from a watering. Veg growth slows anyway at flowering, so it isn't a great sign. If it isn't drinking, it's not growing.
