Coffee of tea?

i personally enjoy a good cup of tea with some honey before bed. along with a nice bowl, it puts me right to sleep. whats your preference?

just before bed or in general?? a nice heineken lite w/ a bowl or three before I go to bed iced green tea allll day long paired with about a gallon of filtered water...um i love water an green tea!!!!

Option three could be coffee and tea. Without that choice, it's coffee without question. I am a caffeine addict.
