Codenames for cfl's?...

ok so what are the code name for the diff lights. Like what cfl's do you want for veg and flowering? some codenames i know are daylight, warm white and there are some other. I just want to know which goes with which stage?

Lots of information in there, but basically Daylight (6500k) for veg and Soft White (2700k) for flowering.

the higer color temps are for veg. and the lower color temps are for flowering. for example daylight bulbs are 6500k and warm white is 2700k.

yea i knew the Kelvin thing just needed to know the oter daylight and warmwhite thing since they say these on the boxes at lowes. Is ther any other codenames. Like what kelvin is Cool White and Soft White?

I am not sure what cool white is, I think it's 5500k. You could just search cool white color teampature on google.

soft white is 3000

cool white i think is 4400.. .or in the 4k range(edit. could very well be 5500, its between daylight and soft white)
